Matthew Dellavedova enters this M25 Taipei 2 semifinal on outdoor hard courts as the clear favorite, holding a career-high ranking near No. 299 and posting an 82-26 record in 2026 with a dominant 59-21 mark on hard. The 26-year-old Australian has won seven titles this season and arrives on strong momentum after straight-set victories over Sach and Tamm in the draw. Kasidit Samrej, ranked around No. 482, sits at 29-20 for the year and has also advanced convincingly with three straight wins, including a 6-4 6-2 quarterfinal result.
