Matthew Dellavedova enters the M25 Taipei 2 final on hard courts as the clear favorite against 18-year-old Kuan-Shou Chen, reflecting his ATP ranking of 299, stronger recent form, and prior head-to-head dominance. Dellavedova has compiled an 8-2 record in his last 10 matches, including straight-set wins in the Taipei draw against players such as Kasidit Samrej and Kristjan Tamm, while maintaining a solid hard-court win rate above 60 percent. Chen, an emerging Taiwanese left-hander with limited professional experience, showed flashes in earlier rounds but carries a lower overall win percentage and has faced stiffer opposition lately. The surface favors Dellavedova’s established game, and the significant ranking and experience gap shapes the current market consensus around his higher implied probability.
