This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 American League Cy Young Award. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Yankees right-hander Cam Schlittler leads trader consensus for the 2026 AL Cy Young at 25% implied probability, buoyed by his AL-best 1.52 ERA, 1.66 FIP, and 0.81 WHIP across eight starts with 53 strikeouts in 47 innings, including a recent six-shutout-inning gem that outdueled Jacob deGrom. Dylan Cease trails closely at 22% after posting a 2.41 ERA and elite 35% strikeout rate in Toronto's rotation, capitalizing on Tarik Skubal's season-ending injury on May 6 that flattened the market. DeGrom's steady 2.62 ERA and 10-strikeout shutout for Texas on May 10 keep him viable at 15%, but the top trio's bunching reflects early-season small samples, workload sustainability questions, and health risks for high-innings contenders in a wide-open race.
