Napoli holds a commanding lead for second place in the 2025-26 Serie A standings after 36 matchdays, sitting on 70 points behind champions Inter Milan. Their recent form, including a decisive late goal from substitute Matteo Politano in a 1-0 victory over AC Milan in April that moved them into the runner-up spot, has strengthened their position. Juventus trails with 68 points and Milan with 67, both still contesting Champions League qualification spots alongside Roma and a surging Como side on 65. With three rounds remaining, Napoli’s consistency and head-to-head edge over the chasing pack underpin the current trader consensus reflected in the market pricing.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
