Professional Dota 2 standards at The International 2026 make comebacks after mega creeps spawn—requiring the loss of all barracks—highly improbable, as the leading side maintains superior coordination, vision control, and objective execution in Bo3 group stage matches. Recent tournament play in Shanghai shows favorites converting advantages efficiently without allowing full reversals, consistent with historical patterns where such turnarounds remain outliers even across extended series. Trader consensus reflects this structural edge, pricing "No" at 59.5% implied probability while noting that multiple series and potential upsets could still create opportunities for a single qualifying game win.
