Tottenham enter the London derby amid a deepening injury crisis that has sidelined multiple key attackers and midfielders, including Xavi Simons for the remainder of the season with an ACL tear, alongside ongoing absences for players such as Dominic Solanke, James Maddison, and others. This has compounded a difficult start to the 2026/27 Premier League campaign marked by heavy defeats to Brentford and Newcastle, leaving Spurs near the lower reaches of the table with limited squad depth. West Ham face their own selection challenges from international duty and minor knocks while carrying momentum concerns from a prior relegation scrap, though they have shown resilience in set-piece and transition play. The fixture at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium highlights familiar derby intensity, with recent head-to-head results often tight and influenced by home/away dynamics and individual availability. Trader consensus on outcomes will likely reflect these roster and form realities rather than historical patterns alone.
