This market will resolve to "Yes" if Valve removes the listed map from the official map pool by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, and the removal lasts continuously for at least 48 hours. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. Temporary or testing removals reversed within 48 hours do not count. The "official map pool" refers to the Active Duty map group in CS2, used for competitive matchmaking (Premier mode) and professional tournaments. For the purpose of this market, “Valve” refers to Valve Corporation, the developer and publisher of the Counter-Strike series. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Valve; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Valve’s recent addition of a reworked Cache to CS2 competitive, casual, and deathmatch modes in late April has reshaped expectations for map-pool rotation ahead of the June 30 deadline. The move mirrors the January 2026 cycle when Train was dropped to reintroduce Anubis, confirming Valve’s pattern of swapping one map when a new or returning layout enters the active-duty roster. Community popularity metrics from Leetify and recent polls have highlighted Overpass and Mirage as the weakest performers, yet Valve has historically prioritized overall player-base data over pro-scene usage alone. No official removal announcement has surfaced in the past month, leaving traders watching for season-five timing or further Cache integration as the key triggers that could still alter the current low-probability consensus on any specific exit.
