A depleted top of the women's draw at Roland Garros, driven by Iga Swiatek's recent illness-forced retirement against Ann Li in Madrid and ongoing health doubts for seeds like Elena Rybakina and Coco Gauff, has created a wide-open field just days before the main draw. Linda Noskova holds a slim trader edge after her dramatic third-set comeback over Gauff in the Madrid Round of 16, signaling sharpened clay-court aggression amid her breakout clay swing. The tight clustering among Madison Keys, Karolina Muchova, Ekaterina Alexandrova, Victoria Mboko, and Clara Tauson reflects their solid recent form—Muchova's baseline resilience, Keys' power adaptation to clay, and upsets like Elina Svitolina's Italian Open quarterfinal win over Rybakina—highlighting a fiercely competitive Grand Slam with no clear dominator on the Paris surface.
