Trader consensus favors Aaron Judge at 37% implied probability to lead MLB in home runs despite trailing Kyle Schwarber's league-leading 17 to his 16, reflecting Judge's elite track record as recent AL home run king (58 in 2024, 53 in 2025), superior OPS (1.036, 3rd overall), and Yankee Stadium's short porch boosting his pull power over a full 162 games. Schwarber's 20% share surged on a scorching five-day streak with six homers through May 13, tying the MLB lead temporarily and showcasing his leadoff launch angle prowess despite a .229 average. Munetaka Murakami's 18% holds on a rookie sensation's 15 homers in 41 games with the White Sox, including a May 8 blast, though his .228 average and 55 strikeouts raise sustainability questions. Lower-tier options like Olson and Alvarez (both 6%) lag further on pace, with the early-season volatility emphasizing rest-of-year projections amid healthy rosters.
