Martos Gornes and Szymon Walkow bring established Challenger-level doubles experience to the Istanbul draw, with Walkow’s prior appearances on the surface highlighting strong net play and return consistency in recent outings. Alafia Ayeni and E. Cook, pairing for this event, rely on Ayeni’s baseline aggression and Cook’s steady serving to challenge more seasoned teams, though their limited joint history leaves room for adjustment under match pressure. Both pairs enter with modest recent doubles results at this level, and the upcoming clash on outdoor courts favors teams comfortable with variable bounce and extended rallies. No major injuries or withdrawals have been reported, keeping focus on current form, head-to-head absence, and tactical execution in the best-of-three format.
