Michael Agwi, the more experienced Irish player with a career-high ATP ranking of 407 and multiple ITF titles, faces 18-year-old Slovenian prospect Ziga Sesko in this ITF M15 Trier clay-court encounter. Agwi has compiled strong recent results on the surface, including solid win-loss splits in 2025 and steady advancement through the draw, while Sesko, who reached a career-high ranking near 795 in August 2026 after junior success including an Australian Open title, has posted wins in the event and shown promise on clay. With no prior head-to-head meetings, the matchup highlights Agwi’s greater professional seasoning against Sesko’s athletic upside and improving form in a low-level Futures setting where upsets remain possible due to variable conditions and player development stages.
