Florida leads the 2027 national championship market at 19% implied probability thanks to elite frontcourt continuity with Thomas Haugh, Alex Condon, and Rueben Chinyelu returning alongside strong guard retention, positioning the Gators as preseason No. 1 in multiple polls and coach surveys. Duke and Illinois sit close behind at 17.5% each, backed by deep rosters, high-end recruiting classes, and recent Final Four or Elite Eight experience. The bunched pricing reflects broad parity across Power conference programs, where transfer portal additions, veteran coaching, and schedule strength create multiple realistic contenders without a clear dominant favorite heading into the 2026-27 season.

The primary resolution source will be official information from the NCAA (https://www.ncaa.com); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
