This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Bundesliga for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Bundesliga for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Bundesliga (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Bundesliga; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Bayern Munich enter 2026-27 as defending champions following their title-clinching win over Stuttgart, but the runner-up market remains tightly bunched because multiple clubs strengthened squads through targeted summer transfers while maintaining competitive depth. Bayer Leverkusen added attacking options like Afonso Moreira and defensive reinforcements such as Miguel Gutiérrez to sustain pressure near the top. Borussia Dortmund integrated young talents including Joane Gadou and Konstantinos Karetsas, while RB Leipzig and Eintracht Frankfurt pursued similar roster upgrades. VfB Stuttgart and TSG Hoffenheim retain European experience and home form that historically supports podium challenges. Pre-season schedules and the post-World Cup calendar further compress preparation edges, leaving trader consensus to price a broad group of contenders with realistic paths to second place amid typical Bundesliga parity.
