Adelaide Crows sit sixth on the 2026 AFL ladder with a 15-8 record, while West Coast Eagles languish at 16th with just four wins from 23 games. Adelaide’s stronger recent form, greater midfield depth, and superior disposal efficiency have driven their climb, contrasting with the Eagles’ ongoing struggles in contested possessions and forward entries. Multiple West Coast players face season-ending injuries, limiting their rotation and experience against a Crows side largely at full strength aside from minor tests. Historical head-to-head results further favor Adelaide, who have won convincingly in recent encounters. Trader consensus at 76% implied probability for the Crows aligns with these gaps in form, standings, and roster health ahead of the late-season fixture.
