Canada's star-studded roster, anchored by Sidney Crosby, Connor McDavid, Nathan MacKinnon, and Macklin Celebrini, underpins their 52 percent implied probability as the clear favorite entering the 2026 IIHF World Championship in Switzerland. Switzerland's 13.5 percent share reflects the benefits of hosting in Zurich and Fribourg plus their opening 3-1 win over the United States. Finland sits at 11 percent on the strength of consistent international form and an early victory, while Sweden and the defending champion Americans hover near 6.5 percent each after mixed Day 1 results. Czechia at 5.5 percent benefits from depth in a competitive group stage, with recent roster confirmations and preliminary outcomes continuing to influence trader positioning across the field.
