Wolves dropped here after a dominant 4-0 upper bracket quarterfinal rout of Qing Jiu Club on May 9, followed by a competitive 3-4 loss to powerhouse AG Super Play in the semifinals yesterday, where jungler WanWan earned MVP honors twice. DRG similarly fell 1-4 to JDG in their upper quarterfinal on May 8 but rebounded with a gritty 4-2 lower bracket round 1 victory over To Champion Group on May 10, showcasing roamer DaiDai and bottom laner MoonLan's impact. Recent head-to-heads are split 3-3, emphasizing a closely contested matchup under global ban-pick rules with no roster changes or patch shifts noted, as trader consensus weighs Wolves' momentum against DRG's resilience.
