This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Most Valuable Player Award. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Shohei Ohtani and Pete Crow-Armstrong dominate trader consensus in the 2026 NL MVP market due to their standout two-way and all-around production. Ohtani maintains a narrow edge through elite batting (.292 average, 27 home runs, .937 OPS) paired with strong pitching results (8-2 record, 1.79 ERA over 14 starts), sustaining his historical advantage despite the Dodgers' standing. Crow-Armstrong has closed the gap sharply via superior Wins Above Replacement leadership (around 7.3), combining 27 home runs, 30 stolen bases, a .912-.928 OPS, and elite center-field defense for the Cubs. Recent sweeps and momentum shifts have fueled PCA's rise in implied probability, while low-probability names like Matt Olson reflect limited late-season impact. The race remains closely contested heading into the final stretch, with recent form and advanced metrics shaping the current split.
