Recent speculation centers on Cristiano Ronaldo potentially departing Al-Nassr before his contract expires in June 2027, fueled by reports of club tensions and his stated priority on preparing for the 2026 World Cup. Trader consensus spreads probability across numerous MLS sides at roughly 7-8% each, reflecting models assigning about a 25% chance of a move to North America for the league's salary structure, market exposure, and roster-building appeal. Inter Miami draws separate attention due to a potential link-up with Lionel Messi, while Sporting CP sits at 8% on the basis of Ronaldo's history there. Real Madrid remains a distant long shot at 1.2%. The fragmented pricing stems from the absence of confirmed negotiations or official indications from Ronaldo's camp, leaving roster fit, Designated Player rules, and any buyout details as the main unresolved variables.
