Cash and Glasspool, the seventh seeds and a British pairing with deep 2025 success including multiple ATP titles and a Wimbledon crown, face Ram and Salisbury in the Cincinnati Open round of 32 on hard courts. The matchup pits the in-form British tandem—which captured the Barcelona doubles title earlier in 2026 but fell in the Wimbledon quarterfinals—against the American-British reunion of Ram and Salisbury, who previously won the Cincinnati title together in 2022 and bring veteran experience from Ram’s additional 2025 crown at the event. Recent head-to-head context includes Mektic/Ram ending Cash/Glasspool’s long 2025 winning streak at this tournament, underscoring the competitive nature of the draw where seeding, recent form, and home-event familiarity shape early-round dynamics.
