Giannicola Misasi and Gabriel Ghetu meet in the semifinals of the ITF M15 Curtea de Arges 2 on outdoor clay. The 19-year-old Romanian Ghetu enters with the higher ATP ranking near 703 and strong recent momentum, including straight-set wins over local opponents to reach this stage after a Challenger appearance. Misasi, the 25-year-old Italian ranked around 919-922, advanced with a solid 6-3, 6-2 victory in the quarterfinals but has posted mixed results on clay over the prior month. Limited or no prior head-to-head data exists between the pair. Key variables include Ghetu’s potential home-surface comfort and youth versus Misasi’s experience at this level, with both players’ recent form on clay courts shaping trader views on the outcome.
