This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Brazil Série A for the 2026 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Brazil Série A for the 2026 season per the rules of Brazil Série A (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Brazil Série A; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The Brazilian Série A 2026 runner-up market remains tightly bunched because the league's established parity leaves multiple clubs with realistic paths to second place amid a 38-match schedule interrupted by the World Cup break. Palmeiras sits atop the table, yet Flamengo, Athletico Paranaense, Fluminense, and Cruzeiro trail by narrow margins after roughly 22 rounds, while clubs such as Internacional, Grêmio, and Botafogo retain strong home/away splits and squad depth that can produce surges. Recent form swings, Copa Libertadores commitments, and potential late injuries or fixture congestion continue to compress implied probabilities across the field, preventing any single contender from pulling clear in trader pricing.
