Alafia Ayeni faces Tiago Cacao in the Porto 2 Challenger final on clay. Ayeni, ranked around 457 with a 25-17 record in 2026, enters after a straight-sets win over Adrien Burdet in qualifying and holds a 1-0 head-to-head edge from their 2021 meeting on hard courts. Cacao, the Portuguese host ranked near 665 with a 22-19 ledger, advanced with a 2-0 victory over Rodrigo Duarte and benefits from local support plus familiarity with regional conditions. Both players show comparable hard-court experience, but Ayeni’s higher ranking and recent qualifying momentum give him a slight edge in the closely matched final, where home-court factors and surface-specific form will influence outcomes.
