Key factors shaping implied probabilities include roster stability and recent LAN results among confirmed entrants such as LAG, regain, Revel, Lotus, and NuTorious, alongside map-pool familiarity on Cache, Dust2, Mirage, and Ancient. The event opens August 28–30 at Impact Gaming Center, so last-minute roster adjustments, group draw positioning, and short-turnaround Bo3 resilience will heavily influence which squads advance through the 16-team playoff field. Stronger Americas-ranked sides hold structural edges in experience and firepower, yet the open format leaves realistic paths for motivated underdogs via upsets or favorable brackets.
