This market will resolve according to the team that records the longest winning streak during the 2026 MLB Regular Season. If two teams tie for the longest winning streak, this market will resolve in favor of the team that records more total wins during the 2026 MLB regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the team with the higher run differential during the 2026 MLB regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the team that has the better record against teams over .500. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed team name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 11, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or the team with the longest winning streak cannot be determined within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the MLB; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The Boston Red Sox’s franchise-record 15-game winning streak in July, part of a broader 27-3 surge over 30 games that lifted them from 11 games under .500 into playoff contention, anchors their dominant position in this market. Additional extended runs, including nine consecutive series victories and a current five-game streak as of early September, further separate them from the field at 80-65. No other club has posted a comparable streak through the late regular season, with most teams showing shorter hot spells or inconsistent results amid tight divisional races and playoff positioning. While an improbable late surge by another contender could theoretically extend beyond 15 games before the regular season ends, the Red Sox’s documented run remains the clear benchmark reflected in trader consensus.
