The 2026 Big 12 receiving touchdowns race remains tightly bunched in trader pricing because the season is only a few weeks old, leaving a small statistical sample with no receiver establishing clear separation. Multiple wideouts from high-volume passing attacks—including Kenny Johnson and Coy Eakin at Texas Tech, Amare Thomas at Houston, Omarion Miller and Reed Harris at Arizona State, and others such as Jordan Dwyer, Gavin Freeman, and Jaron Tibbs—have posted early touchdowns amid conference-wide offensive balance. Big 12 teams continue to feature spread concepts and quarterback play that distribute scoring opportunities, while depth across returning talent and transfers prevents any single player from dominating target share or red-zone usage. This parity, combined with remaining schedule variance and injury risk, sustains the competitive market consensus reflected in the clustered probabilities.
