Evan Bynoe holds the edge in current ATP ranking (around 700-940 range) over Canadian Joshua Peck (near 1310-1318), though Peck reached a career-high of 575 earlier. Both 27-year-old right-handers compete on outdoor hard courts at the M25 East Lansing, with Bynoe benefiting from recent U.S. ITF activity including a semifinal run at the M25 Champaign in July. Peck leads their head-to-head 2-0 from prior ITF encounters. The matchup features two experienced lower-tier pros navigating a 32-player draw in a week-long event, where serve effectiveness, return consistency, and stamina on hard courts often decide outcomes amid variable draw positions and limited rest between rounds. No confirmed injuries or withdrawals alter the field.
