Philip Sekulic (ATP 357, 4th seed) holds a substantial edge over wildcard Kriish Tyagi (ATP 1322) in the Bengaluru 2 Challenger hard court semifinal, reflecting trader consensus on the Australian's superior ranking, experience, and consistent run through straight-set victories over Digvijaypratap Singh and qualifier Christopher Papa. The 22-year-old right-hander's hard court prowess contrasts with Tyagi's breakthrough week, highlighted by the 19-year-old Indian's maiden Challenger semifinal after a resilient 7-6(7), 5-7, 6-4 quarterfinal upset of No. 2 seed Hamish Stewart (328), saving a set point amid home crowd support in Bangalore. No head-to-head exists; fatigue from Tyagi's three-setter and Sekulic's rest advantage could sway the best-of-three sets match.
