**Democratic incumbent Jon Ossoff holds a steady 8–9 point lead over Republican nominee Mike Collins in recent polling averages for the November 3, 2026 general election, placing Ossoff near or above 51–52% while Collins sits around 43%.** With minor candidates and undecided voters accounting for the remainder, this margin supports a high likelihood that the top candidate clears the 50% threshold required to win outright and avoid Georgia’s December 1 runoff. The Republican primary concluded with Collins defeating Derek Dooley on June 16, after which no major shifts, scandals, or polling reversals have altered the race’s structure. Trader consensus reflected in the 93% probability for an outright winner aligns with these consistent polling trends and historical patterns in Georgia Senate contests where double-digit or near-double-digit leads typically produce majority outcomes without a second round.
