Incumbent Republican Kat Cammack advanced unopposed through her party's primary for Florida's 3rd congressional district, positioning her for the November 3 general election against the winner of the August 18 Democratic primary featuring multiple challengers. The district's partisan voting index and 2024 results, in which Cammack secured 61.6 percent, underscore its Republican tilt driven by rural counties that outweigh the more competitive urban area of Gainesville. Nonpartisan ratings classify the race as Solid Republican, reflecting limited Democratic infrastructure and fundraising visibility ahead of the general election. These structural and incumbency factors align with trader consensus assigning the Republican Party an 88 percent implied probability of victory.
