Ohio's 15th congressional district maintains a solid Republican lean, reflected in its R+5 to R+13 partisan voting index and consistent support for GOP candidates in recent cycles. Incumbent Mike Carey, first elected in 2021, secured his party's nomination without opposition and holds a substantial fundraising and name-recognition advantage heading into the November general election. Don Leonard emerged as the Democratic nominee after narrowly defeating Adam Miller in the May 5 primary, yet the district's structural advantages and historical turnout patterns continue to favor the Republican outcome. No major national shifts or local developments in the past month have meaningfully altered trader assessments of the race.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
