Napoli's commanding position in second place on 70 points from 36 Serie A matches underpins their 79.9% implied probability, securing automatic Champions League qualification ahead of already-crowned champions Inter Milan, though a goalless draw at fifth-placed Como last weekend exposed recent poor form with just two points from their last three games. Juventus, trailing by two points at 68 from 36, has surged to 18.8% trader consensus after a vital win over Verona, bolstered by favorable remaining fixtures including home against Fiorentina and a relegation-battling opponent, plus strong head-to-head edge. AC Milan sit third on 67 from 35 with a game in hand but recent defeats have eroded momentum to 7.1%, while Roma and Como lurk as negligible threats amid derby clashes and survival scraps.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
