The 2026-27 Serie A runner-up market remains tightly bunched because Inter Milan enter as clear title favorites following their 2025-26 Scudetto, leaving a broad group of clubs—Napoli, AC Milan, Juventus, Atalanta, Roma, and Como—with comparable implied probabilities for second place. Napoli and Milan strengthened attacking options via high-profile summer signings such as Rasmus Højlund and Gonçalo Ramos, while Atalanta and Como build on recent European and top-four form. Juventus and Roma benefit from squad continuity and managerial stability, yet no side has separated itself amid balanced pre-season preparations and an unpredictable schedule. This competitive depth among established contenders and upwardly mobile clubs sustains the even trader pricing ahead of the August 22 kickoff.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Serie A for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Serie A (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source will be official information from the Serie A; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
