SSG Landers hold a slight edge in the KBO standings with a stronger overall record than the Hanwha Eagles heading into their May 29 matchup at Daejeon Hanwha Life Ballpark. Recent form shows both clubs trading results in April series, including SSG victories in blowouts offset by Hanwha comebacks, while SSG’s mid-May road struggles have narrowed the gap in league position. Home advantage for the Eagles, combined with variable pitching rotations and the absence of major injury news, keeps implied probabilities tightly balanced near 50 percent. Traders appear to weigh SSG’s offensive consistency against Hanwha’s ability to capitalize on familiar surroundings, leaving room for late roster adjustments or starting-pitcher confirmations to shift sentiment in either direction.
