**The 2026-27 Chance Liga runner-up market remains tightly bunched because early-season results have produced remarkable parity across the upper half of the table.** Slavia Prague sits clear at the top after eight matches, but a cluster of sides—including Slovan Liberec on 19 points, Sigma Olomouc and Zbrojovka Brno on 16, plus Mladá Boleslav, Hradec Králové, Jablonec and Teplice—are separated by just a handful of points. Traditional contenders Sparta Prague and Viktoria Plzeň have started more slowly, while promoted or resurgent clubs have taken points from bigger sides. With the split format carrying all points into the championship group and no team yet establishing consistent dominance for second place, traders see realistic paths for any of roughly eight to ten clubs to finish as runner-up depending on form, injuries and the winter transfer window.
