With the 69th Grammy Awards still months away and eligibility ongoing, Song of the Year remains wide open, reflected in the tightly clustered market odds. Olivia Dean’s jazz-inflected “So Easy (To Fall In Love)” and “Man I Need” lead slightly on the strength of her sophomore album *The Art of Loving*’s critical reception and streaming traction, while Olivia Rodrigo’s recent singles “drop dead” and “the cure” benefit from her established pop dominance and high-profile collaborations. Bruno Mars, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, RAYE, and country breakout Ella Langley add competitive depth through proven songwriting pedigrees and varied stylistic appeal. Traders weigh early chart performance, precursor buzz, and historical voting patterns favoring crossover impact over any single dominant narrative.
