Barcelona’s strong start to the 2026-27 La Liga campaign, including clean sheets in their opening two matches against Elche and Athletic Bilbao, underpins their narrow lead in the market for most clean sheets. The defending champions conceded the second-fewest goals league-wide last season while posting 15 shutouts, bolstered this summer by midfield reinforcement that enhances their high-line organization and offside trap. Athletic Bilbao and several mid-table sides sit close behind due to established defensive structures, home advantages, and the potential for variance over a full 38-match schedule. With the top probabilities tightly clustered, trader consensus reflects the absence of a dominant outlier and the impact of early injuries, managerial changes, and fixture congestion on long-term clean-sheet totals.
