Many starting quarterbacks enter Week 1 with comparable interception risk profiles driven by high-volume passing attacks, aggressive downfield schemes, and challenging defensive matchups that compress decision windows. Young or transitioning signal-callers such as Drake Maye, Cam Ward, and Jaxson Dart face elevated turnover potential from limited regular-season experience and evolving supporting casts, while veterans like Jameis Winston, Kirk Cousins, and Matthew Stafford carry histories of elevated pick rates under pressure despite recent variance. Early-season factors including new offensive coordinators, travel, and unfamiliar defensive looks further level the field, preventing any single player from separating in the trader consensus reflected by the tightly grouped probabilities.
