Traders are weighing the company’s strong third-quarter momentum—global direct-to-consumer comps rose high-single digits on balanced store and digital gains—against potential margin headwinds from U.S. tariffs and moderating consumer spending in luxury apparel. Recent guidance highlighted high-single to low-double-digit revenue growth expectations, yet prior warnings of 80–120 basis-point margin compression have introduced uncertainty around the precise Q4 comp trajectory. With only days until results, any deviation from consensus estimates on North American and European retail performance could quickly shift positioning across these tightly grouped outcomes.
