Napoli holds a clear lead in the Serie A table with two matches left, sitting on 70 points ahead of Juventus on 68, AC Milan and Roma on 67, and Como on 65, which underpins the market’s strong consensus around the Azzurri finishing second. Their consistent results since climbing into that spot with a late April win over Milan have created separation, while Juventus and Milan have shown vulnerability in recent fixtures that limits their catch-up potential. Roma’s late push and Como’s surprising form keep minor pressure on the top four, but the points gap and schedule position favor Napoli holding firm through the final rounds. Traders view this as a near-lock based on current standings and momentum.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
