This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 WNBA Most Valuable Player Award. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by WNBA rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 WNBA season is cancelled, postponed after September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the Women’s National Basketball Association; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.A'ja Wilson enters the 2026 campaign as the defending Kia WNBA MVP and four-time winner overall, anchoring a Las Vegas Aces roster that reached the Finals in 2025 and features multiple All-Stars. Sabrina Ionescu and Breanna Stewart sit virtually tied with her in trader pricing because the New York Liberty boast a loaded core that added Satou Sabally in the offseason, giving the two-time MVP Stewart a healthy supporting cast after she dealt with a knee issue last season. Caitlin Clark's return to full health with the Indiana Fever and Rhyne Howard's continued growth in Atlanta keep the top of the board tightly bunched, as voters historically reward players on contending teams with strong advanced stats across scoring, rebounding, and efficiency. The early-season schedule and injury reports will likely create the first meaningful separation among these frontrunners.
