This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2026 WNBA regular season with the highest assists per game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest assists per game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official WNBA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to WNBA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. If the 2026 WNBA regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 8, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if an official leader has not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be the WNBA (https://stats.wnba.com/players/traditional/).Caitlin Clark holds the strongest position in the assists per game market due to her established playmaking volume with the Indiana Fever, including career averages above 8.0 APG and consistent double-digit assist outings in 2026. Current season stats show her at 7.8–8.1 APG, trailing or tied with Alyssa Thomas of the Phoenix Mercury, yet traders favor Clark’s higher usage rate, transition opportunities, and historical edge in sustained production. Olivia Miles, the No. 2 overall rookie for the Minnesota Lynx, ranks among the top assists producers early on at roughly 6.3–6.4 APG and earns notable support for her efficiency and pace in a fast offense. Paige Bueckers draws similar long-shot interest with the Dallas Wings. Thomas leads real-time rankings but faces expectations of regression, while veterans like Chelsea Gray and Jordin Canada remain further back amid lower team assists rates.
