The Baku City Circuit's history of volatility keeps the 2026 Azerbaijan Grand Prix constructor market tightly bunched, with no team priced above 50 percent. The street layout has produced seven different winners in nine prior editions, driven by frequent safety cars, wall contact, and high-stakes tire and power-unit demands that reward reliability and opportunistic strategy over outright pace. Mercedes enters as the form leader with dominant season points and Antonelli's recent Spanish Grand Prix victory, yet reports highlight lingering reliability vulnerabilities that could prove costly. Ferrari, McLaren, and Red Bull remain within striking distance on merit, while midfield squads like Racing Bulls and Alpine retain realistic upset potential amid the expected neutralizations. Trader consensus reflects this inherent unpredictability rather than any single dominant advantage.
