Rockstar Games and Netflix announced a first-of-its-kind partnership for Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look, premiering exclusively on the streamer August 27 at 3 p.m. ET before hitting YouTube six hours later. The upcoming video, positioned as substantial promotional content ahead of the November 19, 2026 release, has no confirmed runtime, fueling trader focus on whether it will exceed standard trailer lengths of 6–8 minutes. Industry observers note Netflix’s paid exclusivity window and early marketing placement under “Worth the Wait” categories as signals of meaningful depth, though Rockstar has historically kept such reveals concise. The August 27 premiere serves as the immediate catalyst for resolution.
