The Simmons Bank Open opens the 2026 Korn Ferry Tour Finals at Vanderbilt Legends Club’s North Course, a par-70 layout measuring 7,197 yards where a deep 147-player field competes for PGA Tour cards. With the top 156 points earners eligible and no dominant standout, traders see comparable implied probabilities across dozens of competitors because first-round scoring volatility in golf allows any player in recent form—such as points leaders Ross Steelman, Doc Redman, Ian Holt, Alistair Docherty, Cole Sherwood, Hunter Eichhorn, and local standout Blades Brown—to post the low round. Recent field announcements and practice-round access have not produced injuries, withdrawals, or weather concerns that would shift odds, keeping the market tightly bunched as the wisdom of crowds prices the inherent unpredictability of an opening 18 holes on a familiar yet demanding Tennessee venue.
