Spain’s recent 2026 World Cup victory and its exceptionally young core, anchored by talents such as Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams alongside a dominant midfield, underpin the narrowest implied probability among contenders. France follows closely, buoyed by attacking depth and an impending managerial transition that could unlock further potential after a disappointing World Cup finish. England sits third as co-hosts, carrying home-soil advantages across multiple venues yet still needing to convert recent third-place World Cup form into consistent tournament success under Thomas Tuchel. Germany and Portugal remain within striking distance through established depth and roster adjustments, while emerging sides like Norway add further parity. The bunched probabilities reflect the depth of European national-team talent, recent international results, and the two-year window allowing for form shifts before qualification and the finals.
