The ongoing sale process for the Seattle Seahawks, initiated by the Paul Allen estate after their Super Bowl LX title, has produced a fragmented field with no dominant bidder, as reflected in current trader consensus. Recent reports indicate softer-than-expected interest overall, with the franchise still projected to fetch over $9 billion, though potential suitors remain limited to groups with existing sports ownership ties rather than high-profile tech names. Jeff Bezos leads due to longstanding Amazon connections to the Seattle market and local infrastructure advantages, while figures like Tim Cook and Mark Zuckerberg sit far lower after early rumors were quickly walked back by sources close to both. Other listed contenders lack confirmed involvement or relevant NFL experience, leaving room for unannounced parties to shift sentiment as the process extends through the 2026 offseason.
