**Chovy's contract with Gen.G runs through November 2027, providing the core stability behind the 95% trader consensus against a 2026 departure.** Multiple roster trackers and team announcements confirm the mid laner re-signed in late 2024 alongside Ruler for multi-year deals, and no credible reports indicate early termination or external interest. Gen.G's 2026 LCK championship run, back-to-back titles, and status as the region's top Worlds seed have reinforced roster continuity, with Chovy earning regular-season MVP honors and posting elite CS differentials and KDA marks in a dominant core alongside Kiin, Canyon, Ruler, and Duro. Recent form remains strong heading into the 2026 Worlds Swiss stage, and Chovy's return from mandatory military training on October 4 showed no signs of disruption or intent to seek a change. The combination of contractual security, sustained on-stage success, and lack of any roster friction keeps departure odds minimal absent an unforeseen development before the off-season.
