Rockstar's August 6 announcement of the GTA VI Extended Look—premiering exclusively on Netflix August 27 at 3 p.m. ET before wider YouTube and site rollout—has centered trader attention on its unusual streaming partnership and reported 20-minute runtime from Netflix support. This positions the presentation as a polished, gameplay-focused showcase rather than a standard trailer, with community expectations clustering around 10–25 minutes of footage, interviews, or mission highlights ahead of the November 19 release. Historical Rockstar marketing patterns and the six-hour Netflix exclusivity window reinforce the mid-length consensus while leaving room for last-minute adjustments before the event.
