The 2026 NFL Week 1 rushing touchdowns leader market remains tightly bunched because a single game creates high variance in goal-line opportunities, offensive play-calling, and game script across dozens of running backs. Implied probabilities cluster near 50% for the leading group and 23-37% for established backs like Derrick Henry and Quinshon Judkins, reflecting the wisdom of crowds on the unpredictability of early-season touches and red-zone usage. Roster changes, depth-chart battles, and injury recoveries heading into opening weekend further diffuse expectations, as no player enters with a dominant, locked-in role that historically produces multiple scores in Week 1. Historical patterns show rushing touchdowns often spread across committees rather than concentrating on one back, keeping the field competitive until lineups and snap counts are confirmed.
