Spain, France, and England lead the UEFA Euro 2028 winner market due to their blend of recent international pedigree and squad depth following the 2026 World Cup. Spain enter as defending European champions and recent global winners, maintaining an unbeaten streak in major competitions and a core of young talents. France, despite a semifinal exit viewed as underachievement, retain exceptional attacking options and will benefit from managerial continuity under Zinedine Zidane. England, as co-hosts across the UK and Ireland venues, gain from home support and a stable setup under Thomas Tuchel. Germany’s transition under Jürgen Klopp, Portugal’s post-Ronaldo rebuild, and Norway’s emerging young side add further parity, with the 2026-27 Nations League providing early indicators of form ahead of direct Euro qualifying. This depth keeps implied probabilities tightly clustered among the leading contenders.
